A. with proper care, each set can last over 5 days. your daily routine, skin type, and aftercare will affect wear time.
Q. are they reusable?
A. yes! these lashes are designed for multiple wears. longevity varies depending on how carefully they're applied, removed and stored.
Q. how do I store the lashes?
A. after removing your lashes, let them dry completely and place them back in their box to protect them from dust.
Q. are the lashes safe for sensitive eyes?
A. yes. our adhesive is hypoallergenic and gentle, making it suitable for most sensitive eyes and skin. we always recommend conducting a patch test before use.
Q. can I shower, swim, or exercise with them?
A. yes! our pre-glued lashes are water and sweat-resistant. we recommend avoiding oil based skincare or makeup near the lash line, as oils can break down the adhesive.

Q. how do I apply the lashes?
A. start with clean, dry lashes. gently lift the lashes from the tray using tweezers. simply place the center of the pre-glued lash under your natural lashes. once you're happy with the placement, press the inner and outer corners in place. gently pinch the lash and your natural lashes together to secure.

Q. how do I remove the lashes?
A. use a oil-based remover or cleanser to loosen the adhesive. gently lift the lash from the base using fingertips. avoid pulling or tugging the outer edge to preserve its shape.

A. all orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from Brisbane, Australia.

Express Shipping: $15 (1-3 business days)
Free Shipping: Orders over $60 receive free standard shipping

A. currently, we ship within Australia only (international coming soon!).

Q. how do I return my lashes?
A. we want you to love your lashes - if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lashes.
